Screen on versa is flickering in and out

I got my watch for Christmas and only occasionally wear it for runs.  For no reason at all the screen started spazing out. It flickers and the exercise options all overlap so it looks like a jumble of letters.  Tried resetting and it is still flickering ... like an old school TV with a hanger for an antenna.  6months! Never once wet, not a scratch on it.  HELP

I'm emailing back and forth with the customer support team, I strongly advise everyone to do the same. 

I raised the issue in a post on here, the moderators escalated it on my behalf and the customer service team emailed me directly. Let's hope we all get sorted xxx

Guess what.....mine too! Started within last 48 hours.  8 months old, well taken care of.  Did both soft and factory reset. It worked for about two minutes, then back to rolling fuzz. Also, lighting is much dimmer than before, even on max setting.

It's definitely a fault at their end, for us all to be experiencing the same issues starting around the same time! Very strange indeed x

I would think, if you just got it, that they would replace it.
