My watch has been working great for about 2 years. Today I got a message on the screen that my watch was infected by a bug (virus). Now the screen is black. I finally got the clock face back but I can’t swipe between screens. Any ideas. I tried to reboot but I can’t get the logo to appear.

Your phones screen, of the Versa 3 screen?
Is the message referring to the Versa 3 on the wrist, or the fitbit app on the phone.
Since the Versa 3 can only connect, through the fitbit app, to the fitbit server. It may not be easy to hack the Versa 3.
