Screen says "Denied" instead of Data

My home screen shows date and time but the heartrate has three ??? and the steps, calories, stairs, all say denied. If I rotate screens I can see the information but not on the home screen which is just flat out annoying. Any suggestions?

Could it be that you have chosen a paid-for clockface and the free trial period has expired? Does it work if you choose a different clockface?

Not a new clockface...the same one since I received the Versa (last Dec. it
was a gift). Thanks anyway
