Hello, 

 

My fitbit versa 2 has turned black and not responding. It’s fully charged and the sync in app it’s working but it’s not displaying anything on the band screen. Please advise.

Yes mine doing the same. It switched it’s self off a couple of hours ago and I only charged it yesterday.

I have the same except sync stopped, too. Only had it a few months.

The face of my Versa 2 has gone black with no information being displayed.  It will also not sync with my mobile device.  How can this be fixed?

It appears now that the problem has repaired itself.  My Versa vibrated, information was displayed on the face, and it has synced to my mobile device.  Anyone know why this happened?

I just turned my iPhone off and back on and my Versa 2 is working again and has synced.

Me too. I think it’s because I cancel the Premium Trial. I guess that’s not it. I’m sick of this tracker. I think I’ll go back to my analog watch and gym

Ok guys, my fitbit has done the same thing!! This is crazy!!! It won't sync with my mobile device, and it is also fully charged! I will try what others have tried and turn off my phone and pray that it helps......
