Since this morning the display of my versa ( bought one month back)is not working properly anymore. If I click a button it illuminates very slowly The screen is filled with vertical lines in an irregular pattern . It illuminates very slowly starting with more blueish colors and turning to more yellow colors before turning dark again. Here how it looks before turning dark. Can you help please? Thanks.
p.s: i tried several time reset but in vain!!

Thank you. I received a new watch as the lines were permanent.
Well, unfortunately my excitement didn't last long as the lines returned within a day.
I'm going to have to get mine replaced as well at some point.

Well I’ve had my Versa for all of half a day!! At 8pm tonight, it decided to go dark! You can very faintly see the screen if you wiggle a certain way but it’s dark! I’ve reset it 3 times and even done a factory reset (which you should never have to do when it’s not only a day old).
Very strangely however, I’ve realised that if I shine a light onto the face ie my phone screen then the watch ‘wakens up’
Its almost like it has a build in night time dimmer (and no, it’s not set to Dim)
Taking this hunk of junk back to the shop tomorrow. Just gutted I gave my reliable Blaze away before I realised how rubbish the Versa is! There are so many negative reports about the same issue, not sure if it’s even worth trying another one. It might last a day or two but it sounds like within a month it will be broken again!
These are not cheap, ok cheaper than the Apple Watch but no point if it’s not reliable.
gutted 😭

I am with you on this, is a major fault. If there is this much complain. I can’t see nothing on my screen to do a factory reset. It’s just vibrating showing it’s on and lines filling in the screen. So annoying as the watch is 2 months old

Count me as another one with vertical lines on the display. It clearly is a hardward issue, but had to go thru the rigmaroll of changing clock faces, restarting, full factory reset. Had the versa around 6 weeks.
It isn't constant on my versa, sometimes not there at all, other times random vertical lines, occasionally full screen of lines. And additionally it is killing the versa battery (no doubt due to all those extra pixels being lit up).
I've now been asked to send a picture of the problem along with a note of the case number written down.
I hope their returns process is quick as this thing is rarely of my wrist.

OK I faced the very same issue after having the Fitbit for just over 2 months. First the stripes appeared, and then the screen completely died - once I take it off the charges, it turns completely white within 2-3 seconds and nothing is visible on screen.
I have contacted Fitbit support, sent them the video with the case number - and they have denied me a replacement for a clearly defective device!!!
Needless to say, I’m ***totally pissed*** — this is the second time a new Fitbit breaks on my hands after just a few months of use (the previous one was Fitbit Force, its band disintegrated after 6 months of moderate use)
I have completely lost all trust in the Fitbit brand (although I like the device a lot) as a result. Will never buy one again.

What's their rationale for refusing a replacement? Did you buy from them direct or another store?

I would phone customer service and ask to speak to a manager - if you bought it as new and have showed them evidence of the faulty with case number they can't legally refuse to replace it. If they are refusing they need to explain very clearly what grounds they are refusing it on.

Happened to me too after I tried a factory reset today. The recent firmware update hosed my versa. It was chewing through the battery within 5 hours and reporting very inaccurate BPM. Dead screen
