My versa three will not wake up with taps. Takes many hits

Hi @Lindy-star - it shouldn't be necessary to tap it. Swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable Sleep if it is on and enable wrist wake. That way it comes on when you look at it.

You can also sync the watch and then head to watch Settings and at the bottom Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it, this should clear any errors that might be creating problems.
