Screen wake is no longer working on my Versa 3

I have only had this versa 3 for 3 months and it suddenly won't wake up even though I have switched off sleep mode.

Hi there, @DebbyK66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Have you checked if by any chance the screen wake feature didn't turn off? To do so, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
