Screen won't swipe, not sensitive to tap

Versa arrived yesterday.  Set it up with phone app, it synchs, etc.  BUT the Versa screen won't swipe!  Not sensitive to taps, double taps, etc.  I have tried restarting by holding left+bottom right buttons many times.  Still no screen touch sensitivity.

I have the same problem. Mine used to swipe but no longer does. And the touch screen is not operable.

Do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

I ended up returning the watch and getting a refund. Not interested in
something that takes so much time (days) to set up, then doesn't work.
Would not consider another fitbit watch purchase until they upgrade their
software.

This is the worst advice ever!  Why would your even post if you can't give a valid solution.

I've had mine a month and has developed the same problem.

But that's exactly what you've done. I assume people are warning that this is a common rather than isolated fault and that Fitbit needs to rectify the issue.
