Screen won't turn on at all, not syncing either

I have been wearing my Fitbit Versa 2 for about a month.   This morning it synced around 6:30 and nothing since.  I was sleeping, so it wasn't because of any trauma to it.   I have read through any and all help features which basically say to hold the button for 10 seconds.  Still nothing.  The charge is medium, so that is not an issue.   Some of the notes show to push the left and back buttons, but for the life of me I can't find a second (back) button anywhere, so I am assuming it may be referring to a different version.

 

I do have a premium membership and did change the clockface back to the original fitbit face, but that did not help either.   

 

I've seen the responses from fitbit on all the questions people have on this forum and am disappointed in the lack of concrete help, mostly it just points back to the help pages that are readily available.  Has anyone had any luck through customer support?  This was a big purchase for me and I'd hate to have it be for naught.

 

As I am sure everyone is with their fitbit, it is an integral lifeline for me to keep motivated and moving forward and I feel that just being able to look at all the results I have been making are what motivates me to keep going.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine did the same thing last night. Had charged it yesterday. Worked fine all day and then just after midnight it wouldn’t respond and my phone wouldn’t detect or sync it. I’ve had it for about 9 months. 
I’ve been holding the left/only button down for long periods and nothing until just now. It shows a low battery symbol in red with an exclamation point ! through it. I’m gonna go charge it and see what happens. Maybe it drained itself instantly somehow. That would be odd because I usually get 5 days out of it. I updated the App the other day. Wonder if there is something with the sync that could have drained it within hours. At least the screen is displaying something now. Had done anything for hours.

I am having the same issue with mine it stopped working in the middle of the night and it has been black screen since.  I can't get it to reset and I tried charging it this morning, nothing is working.  I can't find the factory reset in the app

The charging worked for mine. Not sure what happened. Definitely wasn’t out of battery as it was fully charged earlier in the day. Hope it doesn’t happen again. I’d still be under warranty.
