Screens stays on "Data not cleared Sync & try again"

I'm using a Versa 2 together with  Sony ZX 1 and Windows 10 PC

Yesterday I used the developer mode to use my own build clockface this all worked fine. But after reset it stayed on "Data not cleared Sync & try again" with a big red cross. However  I'm not able to re-sync from laptop or telephone. Can you please help me out?

Hi @FitRobert, welcome to the community.

 

It sounds as though your Versa 2 has been factory reset. 

 

Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa from there. Then go back into the Fitbit app on your phone and set-up device - Versa 2 - replace device. Follow the setup steps and this should hopefully get rid of the error.
