Second Fitbit Versa has broken! Screen has just gone blank without any damage

This happened my last Fitbit and it has happened the replacement which you have sent (September 19) 

 

This is extremely disappointing and quite a nuisance my watch breaking frequently without any damage. 

 

The screen has just gone blank (black) and it is unuseable!

 

As this is happened a second time, I would expect more than what you provided with as a replacement before as this is extremely annoying.

I have tried to restart my Versa as described in help article. I have also changed the clock face to one developed by Fitbit but it still does not turn on.

 

Can somebody help me with this please? Thanks
