First off, I really like the fitbit versa... that is if it would actually work and I wouldn't have to go through the pain of getting a new one every year because they keep breaking on me. This time the fitbit will not turn on at all, lights on back are not flashing, and when I try to charge it nothing appears on the screen and it gets very hot. I wonder if it has to do something with water, considering it stopped working after I was in the bath yesterday, and now I see bubbles where the heart rate is measured on the back (don't know what to call that part). But I have used it in water many many times before no problem.
I contacted customer support and they say I can only replace it, but no point in replacing it if it will break yet again. I hope I can get a refund. Fitbit really needs to make products that will actually last. Has anyone else's fit bit versa lasted longer than a year?
