Secondary gmail account / notifications

Hi all, 

I'm having issues with my versa 3 and notifications from Whatsapp/email etc. My fitbit account has now been linked to a gmail account (can I avoid this?) but not the gmail account linked to my phone number. So no notifications come through on my fitbit anymore. 
I can't link to my primary account apparently because it's a workspace based one, even though I own the account.

@Lauraja975   From my perspective, you have a Google issue, not a Fitbit issue.  You should be able to automatically forward emails from one account to the other.  I don't know if you can forward WhatsApp.

If your primary account is one with something like a family domain name or a personal business domain name, then it is a workspace account.
