See sleep insights on dashboard

When I check the sleep Gauge there is a comment on the bottom. The bottom half of the comment is cut off and if it's longer than one line this isn't shown either. Cannot scroll. I would add a screen shot but don't understand how to do it.

Welcome on board @wfelter67, it's nice to see a new member around!

Thank you for sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with not being able to see the full text of the sleep insight. I appreciate your efforts to send a screenshot. I recommend to turn off the sleep insights by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile.
  2. Tap the gear in the top right.
  3. Find the option to turn off sleep insights.

Restart your phone and the Fitbit app and turn on the sleep insights after that.

Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.

You can find the instructions on how to share an image on this post.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Text is cut off on the bottom making it impossible to read message. This is on my Versa.

Hi @wfelter67, thank you for your reply and a screenshot. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I've moved your reply to the original thread to have all the details more organized. I really appreciate your efforts and your time and would like to confirm if you still see the text of your sleep insight cut off on your Fitbit app? Do you see other details below this message? Have you tried the steps provided previously?

Looking forward to your response!
