Seems sluggish and won't sync

I have a versa light and today it won't sync with my cell phone, it seems sluggish when I try to use the few apps that I have in it, my Fitbit isn't detected by my cell and I charged my Fitbit last night to 100  percent but it's down to 37 percent when I can get four days out of it between charges. And suggestions?? This is not my first Fitbit, it's my second. Any help would be nice. Thanks

Hi @MCS10191 cell phone is not enough info for us to know the model.
