Selected Nederlands (Engels), but my Versa shows in Dutch

In advanced settings of my Fitbit application I've set location to Nederlands (Engels), which means "Netherlands (English)" I believe. Although UI of my Versa is in Dutch. Is this a known issue?

Hey @uoziod, I hope you are doin' fine! If you already selected this language from the advanced settings on your Fitbit account, and follow the instructions provide there, but the inconvenience that appears in Dutch persists, please make sure that the device you are using to sync have the language you want to have in your Versa and then sync your watch.

Well, I can select manually other !location!, like United States or New Zeland, and I'll get English as a language.

It is very good that we have Dutch language as an option now, but I believe in this particular case 1) English language for The Netherlands is missing, 2) or Location section should be actually named Languages, and in this case indeed will be better to list of available languages, rather than locations.

I totally agree on this. As for most manuals are in English it would be easier to have the fitbit settings in English in stead of Dutch.

I have the same issue. Did you by any chance find a solution to this issue? I can change the country and see in English will there be any issue if I just use some other country? Any idea? Sorry to jump on your thread, just that this seems to be a bug for sure.

Nice. That indeed is a nice solution! 😄 I am not sure why the did not fix this issued even after 4 years! Did not expect it to be there for this long. 😅

Same issue. Not a big issue but they do not fix it. Quite annoying when I can not change it into English. After 24 hour try out, I would return and switch to apple watch then
