Send music from PC/iTunes to Versa Win10

The Versa Win 10 PC App will not let me send music purchased OR loaded from CDs into iTunes on to my Versa.  This should be a seamless easy effort that should NOT require me to do something like burn an MP3 of the music I want to CD, then load back up with Windows Media Player.  This is supposed to be an easy thing to do and Fitbit needs to work it out quickly with Apple/iTunes on a Windows 10 Platform.

 

If I am missing something, someone please tell me the 2-3 step process that is simple that I am missing.

As long as the CD is converted to mp3 it should not be a problem.
