Sending data to my doctor

I recently purchased a Versa Lite so that I could track my heart rate on a daily basis on my own. I have a condition. I have been told that I can actually use an App to connect the data to my doctor. However all articles on this I can find are from back in 2018, and only say it will be coming. Is there an app or way I can communicate this data with my doctor?
