Hi purchased a Fitbit sense in May this year. Now it doesn’t vibrate and I’ve trouble shooted it to try and fix. No luck.
And it’s always been difficult to charge as I’ve had to put the watch EXACT on the charger and if i touch it just slightly at all it knocks it off charge. Now it seems to be even more sensitive. Abd I have to try a few times to make sure it’s charging.
it’s infuriating me and I’ve gone totally off Fitbit, even though I’ve signed up to be a premium member.
I want a refund or replacement. Can someone contact me to arrange this?
