My Versa 2 is less then a year old and I noticed this past month after I started using it at my local pool that the back is becoming rough like it’s been scratched. It’s only ever on my wrist or in the charger and the front has a protective film over it. At first I thought it was a build up of sweat or dead skin cells, which is weird because it’s cleaned nightly with water, but I tried gently cleaning it with a tooth brush and a little bit of gentle soap but it doesn’t come off. Has anyone had this happen to them? Or does Anyone know how to fix it? I had a blaze before this that lasted for years and I love the Fitbit brand, but I’m kind of disappointed with the damage on my Versa 2.
