Sensors on Versa not lighting up/BMP not being tracked

I’ve followed advice left on other threads; syncing the Versa, turning the heart rate off-restarting the watch-turn the heart rate back on.

 

I’ve done this multiple times and the sensors still aren’t turning on. All my software is update (app and iPhone) I haven’t even had this watch for a year, it’s never been dropped or used in water (other than dishes). 

 

What am I doing wrong?

Have you contacted support? I did the troubleshooting and a factory reset.. The sensors still won’t come on, luckily I fall under the 1 year warranty, so I’m being sent a replacement.

So an update to my initial post; after repeatedly following the trouble shooting steps with the customer service rep, the watch was deemed broken. Luckily I had 1 month left on the warranty so they offered to send a replacement or give me 50% off another device. The unlucky part is the length of shipping; it’s been 10 days and the package was transferred from FedEx to USPS so now I have no tracking of it. 

 

Best of luck to anyone else with this $200+ watch.

Really? I’m happy for you and even more irritated at Fitbit. I live in CA and it came from IN 😕
