For the second time in 2 years, my versa2 overheated and then stopped working.

It occurred within a year, and I filed a claim, but, because I was out of town when it broke, I had to wait two weeks to mail it ack to Fitbit.
.it's been over a month, and no response!
I used the USPS label they sent me, and now they act like I never purchased the Versa2!!!!
Total ripoff by Fitbit. I doo have the original box, but, they are making it impossible to follow up.
What can I do?

Thank you, I finally was able to get through, and they say they are going to help.
