I like that you can decide to not send notifications to the Versa when your phone is set to DND or Silent. However, I do not like that it's all or nothing. These options should NOT be grouped together. They need to be spearate options.
At night I put my phone to DND and do not want notifications going to my Versa .
When I am at the gym or in a meeting and put my phone to Silent I still want notifications going to my Versa.
Please fix this and make them separate options you can toggle on and off.

Very valid point, and I agree. As a workaround, I leave the 'Always Vibrate' setting on and just hold the Versa's left button, swipe left and tap notifications off before going to bed - I turn them back on when I get up. Annoying, I agree since I hold Bixby button on my Note 8 to turn on DND mode very easily - having the Versa recognize the difference between silent mode and DND is a big deal. I'm telling you the Fitbit developers are leagues behind Pebble and the rest. It's really sad.

You'd think, but it seems they didn't aquire anyone useful from the Pebble team and only bought them out to eliminate competition and set their sights on trying to compete with Apple. 'According to one Pebble source, Fitbit wants a smartwatch to rival the app-heavy Apple Watch. “It wasn’t ‘hey, we really like what you’re doing, we want to build a better watch with our expertise’,” he said, talking about the acquisition talks. It was more ‘no, we just want an SDK’. We were asking why are they buying us? Their answers: SDKs and apps and developers.”'
This company literally has no smartwatch brain. That's why they are so slow.

Hello everyone! My apologies for the late response and thank you for your feedback regarding the option to have separate setting for Do Not Disturb and Silent Mode.
If this is something in which you're interested, I would like to invite you to create your own suggestion in our Feature Suggestions board. Feel free to contribute with your feedback here in order to improve the Fitbit experience.
Now, I want to clarify that your Fitbit Versas has this option built in in the settings of the watch. You can choose to receive or block notifications during exercise or during sleep. This option is located in the Settings app > Scroll down until you find the option of Notifications.
Hope this helps in the meantime. See you until the next opportunity!
