Hi. I just got my Versa and it's set up and ready to go. I've done everything I'm supposed to do but I did not get the verification email. I went into settings and changed emails in case there was an issue, and requested a resend. I didn't get anything at that address either. I can't find any info on the site about this. Should I be concerned? Will this affect my account?

Do people from the company read these messages? I'm frustrated. I can't get the verification email and yes, I have checked my junk mail and yes, the address is correct.
