I bought a new verse 2. I am trying to set it up but it won’t let me use my email. It says it is connected to another device which is my old Versa. How do I delete my old watch. I deleted the app and re installed it but that didn’t work? Thanks

Hi @suzanne.malone you have to tell the app you have a different Fitbit. click for directions. What you're doing is setting up a new device on an existing account. Let us know how things go for you.
