Setting my Versa to Mile splits, not half mile splits

Anyone know if I can set my Versa to mile splits, not half mile intervals when running?  I really want to see my mile splits and times, not half mile splits.

@lhoff08 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help with your lap distance setting. Go to exercises then on the Run option tap the gear icon on the top left corner. Select the show laps to "Automatically" and then on "Automatic Lap Settings" select the desired distance.

Let me know how it goes.

Yea you can do it, but unfortunately you have to change it EVERY time. I've been trying to find a way to permanently change it from half to 1 mile. Anyone know?

Yes I agree  should be able to set once  not every time. FitBit can we fix this ?!

Can anybody confirm that there is no way to set the lap distance once.  It definitely resets to 5.0  miles every time after I run. Very frustrating!!

My Versa has just started doing this so I presume the last update is the cause - I have it set at 0.5 splits for my daily dog walks but it keeps resetting to 4.0 miles which a shorter walk will never achieve.  It's not life or death but it is annoying, when it was perfectly capable of buzzing my distances a couple of weeks or so ago.  I've checked the dashboard and my settings are correct as required on there, it's the device that keeps changing.

Mine used to default to 5 miles.  Now after the latest update it reverts to 4 miles!!  Why can't it stay at .5 miles!!!!!!
