Brightness, screen wake, and Do Not Disturb are "greyed out" on the Versa "Settings".
I just switched from iPhone to Android. The Versa is synced. How can I set the Brightness to Auto?

@rpspiker It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Versa not showing all the options now. Try restarting your watch by following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

I think I know the answer. I had something similar on my watch when I put it into sleep mode inadvertently.

Did you get this fixed? I just did an update and my do not disturb, brightness, and screen wake are all still greyed out and I cannot change the settings. So my fit bit does not let me know I have incoming calls or text messages.

Same deal, it was resolved when I took it out of sleep mode. Didn't realize I'd had it in sleep mode. Swipe down to view your options (it's next to the music symbol) and click the little moon symbol. Problem solved!

Go back to the settings options and take the watch out of sleep mode - that should solve your problem

Hello ! I have been struggling with the problem of MN the greyed out brightness, sleep mode and do not disturb. It wasnt until I read your post telling me how to find the half moon that I was able to fix it. Thank you ! That is not intuitive, nor does it show up on my phone app as a how to fix !

Thanks you *SO MUCH*. This is *exactly* what happened to me. I also had *NO IDEA* that I was in Sleep Mode. You need to get out of sleep mode by clicking the lit moon!

Hi @CelticQueen - do you have 2 watches? Your other posts are in the Sense forum.
In any case did you try to do a Shutdown of this watch from the Settings menu, wait 10 seconds and then place it on the charger to restart it and charge it.
It may be wise to start a new post with the exact symptoms if it continues.
