Setting up Versa 2 and cant connect to my Wifi?

What type of error do you get? 

Does the Versa 2 find the WiFi? 

At what step does it fail? 

Is your WiFi compatible with the Versa 2?

In my case the Fitbit app can see my Wifi network (not full bars, the next level down) and trys to connect but it just keeps spinning. When I go back in to look at Wifi settings it will say "Network out of Range"  and show no bars at all even though I was sitting several feet away with full bars on my phone. I have tried the troubleshooting steps with no success. I'm at a loss what to do next.

Hi Rich 

I finally got it connected but struggling with a couple of things now:

Fitbit is now paired with Samsung notes 9 but I can't get my fitbit to notify of messages etc.

I also want to make the clock screen visible at all times but can't find how to do this either. 

Any help is greatly appreciated
