I have a Fitbit Blaze and bought a Versa; however, it is on 31% after 1.5 hrs and instructions said it would take 30 minutes! What should I do?

Did you set up wifi? If you didn't set up wifi, the update runs on Bluetooth it takes hours. I was only at 70% after more than two hours. It was faster for me to cancel it and set up wifi and start over. Wifi takes a bit longer than the 30 minutes, but not that much.
