Setting up ear buds and how do you transfer music to verse 2

I have my ear buds connected but I’m unable to play any music through my Fitbit can play Spotify through it and don’t know how to transfer any other music to it into the music app on watch, any help would be grateful

I had this problem last week.  I was sent two links last week.  The first was  regarding pairing your favourite bluetooth headphones or speaker to Versa two - https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en-US/Help_article/2257#pair

 

The second one was to listen to music and podcasts - https://help.fitbit.com/en_US/Help_article/2251  

You have to first download the free software application Fitbit Connect to your computer.  I found the two articles really helpful to download the music I had on my Apple account.  Hope this helps you.
