Hi,

I have a versa and have tried to adjust the brightness on it but it won't let me. I have tried turning my watch off and on and I have tried changing the watch face but neither worked. Any further ideas would be appreciated.

Make sure you are not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The sleep mode setting isn't working either.
