Settings on the Fitbit app not working

I have a versa 3 and installed Fitbit app in my Android mobile. All is fine until I got stuck with a watch face I don't like. When I tap on the settings in the mobile app, nothing happens. The touch feature of the phone is fine. Reinstalled the app but no luck. Is it a bug on the app?

Precisely what "settings" on the mobile app?  On the "Account" screen, there is a "SETTINGS" which is just the header for the various settings listed below it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I tap on SETTINGS in the account screen and nothing happens.

Exactly.  SETTINGS is the topic header; below that choose which type of setting you want: Activity & Wellness, Account Settings, App Settings, etc.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
