Settings wont sync to versa 2

When I setup my Versa 2 through my Fitbit app, it does not transfer to my Versa 2 for exercise, Alexa, and other features. Always reverting back to default

Hi @Delzie have you logged into your Amazon account? 

Normally when setting up a tracker, the tracker is setup with default settings for your Fitbit account. 

With the latest firmware, most tracker settings are changed on the tracker, not through the Fitbit app.

Yes, and changed my settings for exercise only to have them revert back to defaults
