Had a  reliable Versa 2 for 4 years that suddently went  dead 10 days ago.   I was able to get a brand new one and went through the set up .  In my phone , it says it updated to  firmware  35.72.1.19.  When I go to Clock gallery  there is no SP02 clockto download     I searched through these posts and see people saying they downloaded it and it doesn't work etc but  it doesn't appear anywhere for me to download. and doesn't come up via search.    When I installed the new versa, it did retain a lot of the settings from my account from my  deleted   dead one   and the SPO2 watchface on that one from the day they added that feature to Versa 2     Can anyone tell me why they think this is happening?   It's as if that clock doesn't even exist to download.

I just  FOUND IT but it wasn't in the normal clock gallery -  I  had to go to settings,     fit bit app -   3rd party apps,  compaitable apps  and search for it there and it showed up !

@suria Hi. Out of the box, the Versa 2 is behind in firmware. My firmware is 35.72.123. It typically takes a couple days for the firmware to update when it's new. A bit downloads every time you sync. After 2 or 3 days, you should get an update notification. After the update, you'll be able to get the SP02 clock face. You likely don't even have zone minutes yet either.

Thanks for responding so quickly.    If the clock face was in the fitbit software and I wasn't about to download it , I could understand this but  the fact it doesn't appear in the gallery at all is strange to me.    The theory is the fitbit software will only show me what is allowed on my current firmware?

@suria You're welcome. I would think your theory is correct.

Fyi.       I did receive the  firmware update early this morning and now up to the same version you mentioned but there is still no SPO2 clock appearing in my Fitbit app gallery .  nothing comes up in a search.    I am on the latest version of the Fitbit app and I've even removed and reinstalled it a few times that clock doesn't show up at all.  I am in the USA and my profile shows that.   I will wait since i have little choice  but i am not sure what would make it magically appear in an up-to- date app.   😞

@suria The Fitbit SP02 clock face isn't a third party app. Would think that one won't work correctly either until you get the firmware update.
