Setup wont work!

My first time fitbit user have always been samsung very very frustrated with my new versa it will not update firmware and will not set up. Have deleted and restarted the set up process many times about to take back.

Hi, if you are referring to update your Versa to the newest firmware version, have a look at this little guide how to do that: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/td-p/3134054. Replace in this guide "my Versa" to your Versa. Hope this helps.

Thanks was on with customer service and it has to go back defective 🙁
