Shipping Issues with my new Versa

I haven't received my Versa yet. When I ordered it said was in stock and ready to go on 5/2/2018. On 5/8/2018 still no Versa and no shipping information. 

Contacted the chat and was told it was out of stock, and ship within a week or two. That is unacceptable. When I ordered the item, I was told it was in stock and ready to be shipped, now I am waiting longer? Why?

If it was in stock when I ordered it, then I should have it? Not waiting? Doesn't make sense to me at all.

The community forums can advise you on a lot of things, but we don't have inventory or shipping information. You'd have to get with customer support in order to find out what's going on with your order.

 

With it being the latest style of Fitibit, I'm sure the orders have been flooding the store.

 

Let us know what happens.
