I was told via e mail that my versa 3 has been shipped but when I checked,it still at their premise’s. they use the term shipped instead it still in their place,very disappointing. I need it urgently to monitor my health and my ionic can no longer be use. What I need to do to fasten the shipment?

Hi @Artas207 you can't make the process go faster. It could be that it's waiting to be picked up by the shipper.

it is not a problem of the shipper,i contacted the shipper they can’t do anything unless fitbit release the shipment to them. So how do i push fitbit in this matter?
