Hello, 

I am using Fitbit versa 2, last week I did a software update and I realised that earlier when I used to swipe down to check the notifications, shortcut and quick setting bars used to show up for 2 seconds or so and goes back. But now it doesn’t happen. To access quick setting I have to swipe manually 2 times. One for notification and another to access quick settings. 

any one else facing this problem ? Or this is the new update?  

If this is a bug or something. Someone please help.

It seems that this was a deliberate change in the latest update. In the release notes Fitbit say:

 

"To access the control center on your watch, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center."
