Should I update my Versa Lite's firmware?

I have an update available on my Versa lite, idk if I should update it or not, when I hooked my Fitbit up it updates but I’m scared if I update again that it’s not gonna give my notifications anymore like my last one did, should I update it?

I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to update your Versa Lite's firmware. Regarding your notifications, please confirm you have these requirements in order to properly receive them.

@Faithlynn5313  I certainly understand being hesitant to update.  I suggest you update through your computer or laptop.  Go to your dashboard on Fitbit.com.  Put your device on its charger and plug it into your computer or laptop and update it that way.  I did it that way and have had no problems.
