I've been in email discussions with Customer Services about an issue with my Versa. They've told me to return it to them in the Netherlands for them to resolve it, however the prepaid label they've sent me is for an address in Birmingham. I've emailed them for clarification however they've not responded (yet). Has anyone else had to do this? I'm wary of sending it in case I'm being duped and my versa disappears into the ether!
