After a week my special edition Versa is extremely inconsistent with switching from heartrate/steps/calories on the clockface with taps. Taps with the apps seem to work fine, but sometimes I'll tap the direct center 15 times in a row and it won't switch from heart rate to steps. I will then tap all over the screen and nothing.

Fully charged it again, restarted, did everything short of factory reset (because I shouldn't had to).

Luckily I go through Amazon. I will take everyone here's wonderful advice and return it instead of exchanging again and again until I get one that breaks right after warranty or return period.

Suit yourself,  but there are a multitude of different clock faces available.  You might find one that better suits your needs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You will be much happier returning it.  Had to replace my first Versa due to the screen going on the blitz.  It still counted steps etc but the screen was unreadable.  They replaced that one and now the second one the heart rate stopped working.  Now it can't be replaced even tho I've had this replacement one less than a year  because their warranty is only from the original purchase date.  They will give you a coupon but only can be used a Fitbit.  Their quality has dropped with the new products, I will only purchase at a place that sells the square trade warranty from now on.  I had the blaze prior to this one and had to replace that device also out of warranty.  Buying 4 Fitbit devices over a span of 5 years due to problems is very poor quality.  My grade school girls both have the 1st version of the Apple Watch and they are still working perfectly!!
