I am using Versa 1, it is good to me. I wear it every time of a day, special when i have shower. I want to upgrade to Versa 2, but i am scary about the water can break into the versa 2 throught microphone hole. On Versa 1, i am scary water break into watch by alimetter hole (using to count floor) too. So that on Versa 2, I have some worry about microphone alimetter hole. Can you reassure to me? Thanks you

I bought mine mid october, and used it for one week before it hanged. not been able to use it after that.

They claim Ios is the problem, and i get that, if it only was notifications, but the clock is not responding at all. Touch screen works max one time a week, and if you let it sleep, it does not respond again for a week or two. It was a very good clock until this happened, but it`s useless as it is now 😕

Thanks Matkri.

I have regret for your watch.

Have it warranty or renew by fitbit? Maybe Versa 2 is lates version, so that it dont have more time to fully test by Fitbit

I would not recommend the Versa 2. I have had nothing but issues with getting mail and texts on the versa 2. I have asked for help from fitbit and got nothing. Stay with what you have or go to Garmin.

@LongLe19101   I have a Versa and a Versa 2 and can give you a side by side comparison.

Versa 2 pros:

  • Faster response time when swiping, especially to get to the Today stats.
  • A firmware upgrade says it improves heart rate measurement.  I am going to give this half a vote as I do not see an improvement in my heart rate when exercising.  Both models overestimate my heart rate at high heart rates
  • Alexa, if you use it.

Versa 2 cons:

  • I disconnected Alexa.  It was sucking my phone battery.
  • Fitbit Pay will not help you if your bank or transit system is not supported.

I take my Versa 2 off when showering.  Fitbit recommends giving your wrist a rest.  I also use that time to clean the underside of it.  It can get icky if you exercise and sweat a lot.  So look at these pros and cons and choose for yourself.
