Should it stay or should it go?

Had the Versa for a couple of weeks or so now, thing is I'm still not totally convinced by it at the moment...

Things like..

Difficult to fit straps at times

Can't charge whilst a bumper is fitted

Reports of fabric straps fraying and customer service saying tough it's wear and tear

Fitbit's refusal to accept any fault or liability that there appears to be a software fault involving call notifications on Android 8.0 Oreo

And last but deffo not least..

Customer service seeming to hide behind their phone compatibility list at every opportunity.

Should I just get rid now whilst I still can and go back to a Gear S3 or even an Ionic?

*Edit* As pointed out in another recent post here is another "issue", there appears to be no way to get damaged screens repaired and also no swap out program or similar for damaged units being run by Fitbit. As it currently is Fitbit seem to be implying that if you crack your screen you may as well chuck your £200 smart watch in the bin.

Just letting you know fwiw it's gone!

Main reason would have to be is crappy customer support, moreso on these forums. Good luck to the rest of you, especially those with cracked screens or god forbid you have a "non-compatible" phone.
