Are there supposed to be green lights on the back of the Versa for HR monitoring? I know my Surge did and I'm wondering if I have to go exchange my watch already. 😞
I'm having other issues too, but I feel like this one is a big red flag.

Yes there are still green lights but make sure HR is turned ON. There is no longer OFF, ON, and AUTO. Now there is just OFF and ON.
Swipe right twice, select settings, scroll down and check that HR reads ON.

Oh. It has been turned 'on' this entire time. I just wanted to make sure that something is actually wrong with the HR/lights/function because there are no lights lighting up at all since I've started up the watch.
With the surge, those lights lit up the room when I took it off at night! so I was double checking if the lights were now gone on the Versa or it's simply not working and it should be. Thank you!

Does it read your HR when wearing it? It seems as though the watch will detect when it is taken off. When I take mine off to shower, I only see the light flicker once maybe twice before it stops completely. It starts blinking again when I put it on later. Could that be the case?

It hasn't read my HR at all. When I'm wearing it, it detects nothing. Nothing from the moment I put it on, while sleeping, walking, anything. I've also taken it off a couple of times to just watch it for any flickering, but nothing. I haven't seen any light from it at all, which is why I thought it was possible the lights weren't a thing for the Versa, but you know, I'm also not getting any HR readings, so now I'm thinking it's just a faulty thing.
I've already reset it once and it hasn't synced with my phone or the app since the initial setup. Or it says it does, but nothing happens/updates. I know that's slightly veering off-topic, but maybe that's a factor in it as well.
