Show Me Your (Clock) Face!

I'm a bit underwhelmed when it come to the available Versa clock faces. Could you post yours and tell me where you downloaded it from? I'm very interested in clock faces that aren't in the Fitbit store.

@Dhill93@S-graves07, there are many with the option of seconds. The standard fitbit large green time one has it, din time has it... Custom watch faces have the option in watch face settings. There's even one above your post with a picture of a 3 green ring circle watch face with seconds.

I really like this one, which is called FullChrono by Nev Rawlins.

My only issues with it are:

The numbers are so small they're right on the edge of my ability to read. Sometimes I can't tell 5 from 6. I've been blessed with better than 20/20 vision for 46 years, but it looks like I'll be getting glasses this year.

The battery always looks like it's at 50%. It would be nice if the bar changed, along with the green circle around it.

The few I’ve looked at that do have seconds are mostly third party and are only trials. That’s the main issue I’m having with the ability to choose a clock face. Or the face has a lot of extras that I don’t really want in a watch face currently.

Thats not to say that with some looking there are some great faces that are very helpful in this profession.

If you are looking for a very simple analog clock with seconds you can look at Light or Business (by fitbit). You can also try Minimalist Analog it has few more extras but still a simple design. There are few digital watch faces as well that have seconds and have simple designs.

I have found MANY digital faces that are vastly adjustable -- you can change all of the colors (background, text, other on-screen elements) -- and you can choose to display seconds or not, PLUS you can set them for "always on."  If you want digital with seconds and to keep the display on, you can ABSOLUTELY get it with a number of digital faces.  I am currently using "Nothing Special" by MicroByte, which shows a white background and black text -- which I have changed to a dark blue background with light blue text.  And so on.  Here are some of the options:

Blinking seconds

Show seconds

Screen always on

Lock activities that you have set

And so on.  It might not "look" like the colors and such that you want, but go into it and choose it, then once you've got it set as your face, then go into its settings, and you can really set it up to get the colors and the activities (along with the seconds and always on, if you'd like) that you want.  I'm very happy with it.  No cost whatsoever.

Hi-

Has anyone seen the "base" watch face that appears on the Ionic available for the Versa.  It's a really simple, clean design of the day, date, time, and then the three icons aligned vertically along the right side.  Looking for that kind of simplicity and clean look.  I've been through the Versa watch faces and can't find anything that clean with that information / look.  Has anyone seen this for the Versa or have any ideas on how to get that?

Thanks

@SunsetRunner I am using that one too and I updated the clock face yesterday. You now have the option to disable calendar and set slots-whatever that is- and some other things. There's one thing I've noticed though and I have no idea if it's the clock face or the update (I got the update yesterday too) but every time I click the home button (left button) it buzzes twice and sometimes when I'm just sitting there doing nothing it would buzz for no reason. I restarted my Fitbit twice and it still does it. I'm thinking of changing the clock face to see if that's the problem because I really hope it's the clock face and not the update. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? Is it the clock face or update?:\

The marble rose gold one under analog has a second hand

I was using the FullChrono clockface for a few days, but depending where the hands are they will obscure some of the stats. I found the same clockface w/o the hands. It rox!

Hey, fellow nurse here. I haven’t been able to find a face for us in the store just yet. Hopefully someone will produce one soon.

Flat Jarvis would be perfect with seconds added - you can easily (three taps on the screen, no special settings or anything) make the screen stay on instead of timing out, and then turn the auto-off back on when you're done to conserve battery life.

I sent a message to the creator telling them that if he added seconds, probably every single medical person out there would use his clockface. The auto-off seems to be the biggest barrier to use of FitBit for medical people.

In the meantime, I'm trying to figure out how to implement it myself - I can see the theory of how it would work, but am no expert at programming and don't know if I'll actually manage.

I'm currently using FullChrono, which is free, has a second hand, and all the info I'd want to see at a glance, along with a 20 second screen timeout.

I wish I knew how to design one.  I would love to have what is on the Big Weather V clock face, but use my own picture.  It has everything on it that I want.

Hi everyone, nice to see in your comments which clock face are your favorite in your Fitbit Versa. There are tons of great creations coming from our Fitbit Labs.

@Stupud I saw you are looking for a specific clock faces that you were using in your Ionic. By any chance do you have an example or screenshot of this Clock? I was reviewing the gallery in the Fitbit Ionic and I was unable to see one with the same name.

Note that some are created by independent talented users and is possible this clock faces was removed by the developer or is not available in the Versa gallery. I'm wondering if anyone else have seen this clock face?

Stay awesome and keep sharing your choices.

Hi Roberto -
Thanks for following up. It's the clock face that is advertised on just about every Ionic picture:

Searching through the Ionic / Versa available faces though I no longer see that one either, which is odd because I know I saw it there a few days ago... Maybe I just missed it.

Thank you

Here is the watch face I was talking about - It's in the by Fitbit list located here: https://fbgallery.cpfx.ca/#/clocks/category/a83bcec5-e822-4a3d-a149-58b1d71db482 The face is called "Gauges". There is a Versa Gauges but it looks nothing at all like this: https://fbgallery.cpfx.ca/#/clock/0000145f-0000-4000-8000-000000f17b17 (don't know how to get pictures in there - sorry)

I used to make quite a few watch faces for Pebble and Gear. I now find Fitbit studio so easy to use, and the fact its mostly javascript/css/html based is superb.

Made this one which I use daily. Tells me only what I’m interested in: Time (incl seconds), Date, Day, Battery, Steps today and Heart rate. It’s called FLANK and you can download it on Fitbit clock gallery.

Also currently making an updated version which will allow you to change colours of the components. Flank watch face
