Shower ruined Versa

Accidentally got in shower with my Versa on and now it is completely wigging out! I contacted Fitbit thorough chat and they say can’t do anything about it but gave me a coupon for 25% off a new one. How ridiculous! All

info on versa says water resistant to 50 meters and a simple shower killed mine and they won’t stand behind it.

I feel your pain, I really do. However, nothing is waterproof, it's impossible actually. They state it to be water resistant.... Resistant being the key word; if they said waterproof, and x item got damage by water, this is their way out of having to replace or refund you anything.
