Showing high heart rate of 150 all the time

Hi,

So I've had my fitbit versa lite for almost 2 years and 2 days ago it started recording high heart rate of 150 or more even though I'm not doing anything. It scared me as I thought something is wrong with me but after checking my pulse realized it's the watch. I'm very disappointed as I had my Garmin 6 years before it started giving me trouble, went over to fitbit cause I liked the look but I think I should go back to Garmin.... I've switched it off for couple hours, I've turned off the heart rate function and then back on and still not working! I want to send it back, how do I do that?

Accepted Solutions

Hi

same issue here. Just after warranty period expired

called Fitbit and no solution

also my clock face came off and now my sleep isn’t recording!

not made to last!

I had a Alta and the display stopped working again after the warranty period

won’t be buying another, extremely disappointed with the level of service

definitely not Amazon!

My fitbit Versa is doing the same thing. I have tried everything to reboot it. It also is not tracking my sleep, I feel your frustration. Have you emailed fitbit? Do they have any solutions by chance?

Hi.
I’ve called Fitbit twice. No solution and frankly couldn’t care less
Their customer service is horrible and they’ll continue to lose customers as a result

If I had a watch that lasted for 6 years, I would never leave that brand!  This comes from someone who has had 4 Fitbit’s, two of which died shortly after the one year warranty ran out.

What a nightmare they are to deal with

pompous arrogant and zero customer care

The attitude us you bought it now it’s your problem

junk products but I doubt they’ll do anything about it until they lose market share and their stock plummets and wonder “what went wrong “?

 Have a fantastic day all!
