I received the FitBit Versa on Saturday, December 22nd, and have been wearing it since then. Prior, I had a Charge 2. So far, there have been a few glitches with the Versa --- heart rate reading too high, etc -- but this is the biggest one so far. As of this morning, at 12:01am, both the FitBit app (on my iPhone) and my Versa itself showed I had walked 3.48 miles. However, I had zero steps. I tried resetting the app twice (as per website instructions), turning bluetooth off and back on, and re-syncing. Nothing. So far, this $150 was a waste. I'm ready to return this and go back to my Charge 2. I am attaching a screencap for reference. Thanks!

I'm also wondering if there is a way to erase the mileage from today, as it's incorrect (should say zero miles). Thank you!!
