Hope you are having a nice day.
My Fitbit versa has been working very well for over 2 to 3 years. I always enjoyed every single second of it, and never thought to upgrade it.
But today, as I usually checked my watch, I realized all 3 buttons were not working. I restarted it, and that resolved 2 of the buttons, but the last one wouldn't budge, and I tried everything: Using rubbing alcohol to clean it with a q-tip, contacted customer support, but no luck. I turned here as my final destination. Hope anyone could help. Thanks!

Hi @SunsetRunner - try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. Also try this a few times. And just in case try changing the clock face.

Hello @Guy_,
I still am not able to make my button work. I restarted my watch about 7 to 8 times, and changed my clock face to another one. What else do you recommend me to do?
Thanks,
Squashy

@SunsetRunner- you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset.
However, it may kill your watch, so if you can operate the watch without the button it may not be worth the risk, given that it is unlikely to resolve it, but it may.
