How strong is the Versa's vibration of the silent alarm? The original Charge was awesome, and would wake me up, but when I was forced to update to the Charge 2 I've found that I share the frustration of many in that the vibration is much weaker.
How does the Versa vibration compare with the Charge, Charge 2, and other products?

Wrong.
Page 2- says nothing about vibrate strength.

It was just a typo - page 20 instead of 21:
Adjust settings
Manage basic settings including brightness, heart-rate tracking, and paired
Bluetooth devices directly on your watch. Open the Settings app and tap a
setting to adjust it. Swipe up to see the full list of settings.

All the newer ones suck, I bought 2 discontinued Charge HRs on ebay just for that. I've returned other models and am not pleased with this inspire HR, I'm an insomniac and slept through it so I had to back it up with my Galaxy s9 which I also hate for never timing out on its on.

Versa 2 seems to have a very weak vibration compared the cheaper brand watch I've upgraded from which was very strong by comparison (still not enough to wake me but very noticeable when awake).
I have it turned up to strong as I could barely notice it before but it still feels very weak by comparison to my old watch. At least this watch keeps the notifications until I clear them though so I don't feel completely defeated!

Hi. I find that my new versa 2 on strong just isn't good enough for me. I have hearing issues and use the watch primarily for this reason. I'm going to go back and return it. The Alta was better.
